This will include regular visits, preparation of progress reports to the client and written agreements between the client and contractor of any variations in works and costs. Any additional drawings or site visits required, due to schemes being extended or altered, will be charges at the hourly rate.

Fees for project managing are 12% of the 1st $20,000 of the contract value (excluding GST) and 8% of any value in excess of that amount. Alternatively, site visits and reports can be charged at $75 per hour, including travelling time.

Once your garden is completed, you may need guidance to maintain the garden throughout the year. A maintenance schedule can be produced to give you a month by month guide to keeping your garden the way you would like it. This is again charged at the hourly rate.

Professionally installed lighting can add a further, often dramatic, dimension to your garden and is an essential element in any well designed outdoor space. Lighting diagrams can be drafted and lighting installation put out to tender on your behalf. This will be charged at the standard rate (see above).

All of the above services will be quoted for separately, by specialist contractors, unless otherwise stated in tender requests.
